Wow; that's a pretty big, general request.  Be more specific.  What areas do you want help with?  treatment options, seizures, relating with others, school, work, transportation, depression....During my teens I had my worst period with lots of generalized tonic clonic seizures.  To try to fix these my doctors tried multiple medications with no success.  Finally when I was referred to an epilepsy specialist I was excited to have the chance at brain surgery.  But by then I had been through so many meds and seizures it was hard to keep track of it all.  My epilepsy doctor wanted to know it all and I couldn't remember.  I wish we would have logged everything throughout my childhood. But in the early 1990's I started logging everything on a spreadsheet on the computer.  This has been a very useful tool for me and my doctor.  I know which therapies have not worked and I do not have to waste time retrying any of them.  Seizures still happen but at least I enjoy a better sense of control knowing that what I am on now is the best that I can get. When I was a teen doctors pushed medication.  Fortunately now they see pills don't do it for everyone.  There are many newer and better therapies but you must see an epilepsy specialist for many of these.  Hope helps get us through a lot.

My daughter is 17, she was diagnosed last July, since then she has had almost 100 seizures, and they still are not controlled with medication. She has frontal lobe partial generalized seizures. I am trying to connect her to other epileptic teens.  If you are interested, please reach out chantel.bedlington@gmail.com.
