Fine motor control - piano

Anyone have a child about 12 learning to play the piano who has extreme difficulty sustaining continuity of fine motor control/thought needed to play very basic and simple piano tunes lasting one minute or less? Insights?

I would suggest providing him with piano songs that he can relate to, like artist that he likes etc.. good luck

i do have a child who started at 15. he used to have severe motor problem due to his grandmal epilepsy. now can play very well. piano becomes his life now.
