Travelling overseas, insurance to cover epilepsy and meds

Sun, 05/18/2008 - 16:16
Hello All - does any one have any advice on an insurance plan with coverage for epilespy that I can use while overseas. I will be leaving my job and have cobra coverage from them as well as travelling insurance but am thinking and have been told by Doctors (and parents) that in my case I should have the extra insurance. I will be going to school in Spain for 3 months and then hopefully be able to get a visa in Spain to stay, otherwise in another country where my school can help. Also any info that anyone has on getting meds overseas, particularly Zonegran. For example would my parents be able to mail it to me? Will I easily be able to refill my Rx in Europe?
Will Zonegran be known as Zonegran overseas ( I have heard some drugs may be called by other names)? I may post these Q's in other areas but if anyone has any info it would be appreciated-AROD1215
