Seizures and Epilepsy End Now (event) New Jersey 2015

Mon, 08/18/2014 - 15:35

Hi, I am a mom with daughters who have Epilepsy and this is now my cause.  I am their biggest fan and advocate and I am starting a group called s.e.e.n (seizures and epilepsy end now) but until there is a cure we must stop the stigma.  I am hosting a walk in south jersey and if anyone is interested please let me know. Please like our facebook page seizures and epilepsy end now - south jersey and follow my twitter seen_NJ.  This has been a very difficult journey my daughters had their first seizure one month a part one age 10 and the other 16 and I am past the crying and the why's for the most part now I am at the action stage. I of course have moments of tears and why as well as fear but this cannot control me because I am mom first and they need my strength because they are amazing and deserve nothing less.  I hope for seizure freedom for everyone dealing with this condition. I am very passionate about this cause.
