Hi everyone...my littlest man (17 months) was just diagnosed he started having myoclonic jerks a few months ago the neurologist found that he also may be experiencing absent seizures as well. His jerks are very mild but quite frequent about 10-15 per day...we are devastated but hoping to find some more answers and others experiences

Agg, hit post by accident. Anywho... are you working with an epileptologist? I would think they check for something like GLUT1 - glucose transporter 1 deficiency - which is a metabolic epilepsy (ketogenic diet is the favored treatment approach for that case). So, you’ll want to consult an epileptologist if you are not already.
