Maybe a seizure? Who knows? Not I

I’m a female in my early 20s. I have fatigue issues and am currently being treated for a vitamin d deficiency, I’m only on week two of eight so it’ll be a while before if I can see if that helps. When I was young I got sleep paralysis a lot, the very typical ‘feels like something is about to happen and also pressure on your chest with the inability to move.’ Only since I started college a few years ago did that sort of change into something a little different? I sleep alone so I honestly can’t attest to what is ever actually happening, I’m usually so groggy and out of it that I could hardly tell if it what happens is real except that it feels real at the time and the next day I’m utterly exhausted. But the newer thing is that it feels like I’m dropping off and then everything tightens and my hands clench up and everything feel buzzy for maybe half a minute. It doesn’t feel like it lasts very long at all but I can’t think when it happens and it normally happens a couple times within the span of a few minutes if it does. When I come back around (I can normally feel it coming on about a half second before it does) in between I can think and move a little more. Doesn’t happen often by any means but it’s stressful when it does, and I can’t find much on the differences between sleep paralysis and seizures. This usually happens during sleep paralysis but is different than what I’ve known sleep paralysis to be, but then again I don’t ever properly know what’s happening because I sleep alone so I can’t attest that /anything/ is actually happening but it feels like it is. I don’t know if it’s something that should be looked further into bc it doesn’t happen often and my doctor didn’t seem super concerned when I mentioned it a couple years back so maybe I’m just a little over anxious. The only reason I ever thought it could maybe be more than just sleep paralysis was when I was with a kid who had many small seizures a minute and the way his body locked up felt familiar, but I know that’s not something to go off of. Thoughts? Am I unnecessarily stressed? Should I talk to my doctor again (I’m a college kid so I can’t afford to go without true reason)
