My family has often referred to Seizures and Epilepsy in Childhood, A Guide for Parents by John M. Freeman, M.D.
Hope this helps, Erin

I like 'Treating epilepsy naturally" Patricia Murphy Keats publishing ISBN 0-658-01379-3 as a reference and an alternative way of looking at the condition. No silver bullets but some possiblilties for taking back control.
