What Epilepsy do I Have, and How Would it Mix With Illegal drugs?

Hello, everyone. I am 18 years old and am looking to experience shrooms with 2 good friends this Friday.
I had seizures since I was about 4, and they lasted until I was about
12. I had about 10 seizures that time without medication. Then they
dissappeared. They came back when I was 14, and I have been taking
medication (valproic acid ever since). I 've had 3 in these 2nd phase.
I am not sure what the term is, but my seizures consisted of a weird
stomach turning for about 5-8 minutes, before I began to think at an
extremely fast rate, and loose understanding of touch. I also loose
perception of what is seen in front of me, and right before I begin to
shake (for about 2-7 minutes), I go unconcious, so I wake up after the
seizure has occured.I have had 3 close calls in which I experience
these same symptoms, but dont go unconcience and have a seizure.
I am not advicing the use of drugs, or condoning it, but I have taken weed (smoked) 3 times before, and it never did anything bad to me.
Low-percentage alchohol (beer) was o.k. as I feel drunk, and dont have a seizure.
But high-percentage alchohol (wine, vodka) I feel fine for the time being, and then crash in a few hours in vomitting, lapsing in an out of conscienceness, not remembering what happened and having a few convulsions. I am never going to hard alchohol again.
So I have two question that hopefully someone can answer ASAP:
1. What type of epilepsy do I have in particular?
2. Would shrooms, as it is organic, have an effect on me, taking in the fact that everything else goes well (the actual trip)?

You're playing with fire and I would caution strongly against going down that road. Nothing nice sits at the end of it - with or with out epilepsy. Taking any illegal drug could quite possibly make your situation much worse. And weed isn't anything close to shooms, coke, speed, etc... Marijuana actually helps control my wife's seizures and the right strain actually seems to have some very powerful anti-epileptic properties... Which is more than I can say about anything else - including the dr. prescribed benzo she takes as an emergency med when she has seizures.
