Do you know what a rescue therapy is?

Have you ever used or needed a rescue medicine?

A rescue medicine may also be called an “as needed” or “prn” medicine. It is used to help stop a seizure or cluster of seizures. Sometimes they may be given in other situations too.

The Epilepsy Foundation is hosting a working meeting to explore best practices in the use of rescue therapies. To prepare for this, we would like to hear from you.

Thank you for your help,
