Epilepsy Self-Management Survey

• Are you Black or African American?
• Have you been diagnosed with epilepsy?
• Are you 18 years old or older?

If you answered yes to these three questions, you might qualify to participate in a 20- to 25-minute epilepsy self-management survey.

Researchers from the Morehouse School of Medicine, Emory University, and the Managing Epilepsy Well (MEW) Network are currently conducting a survey to understand how adults with epilepsy manage their condition.

This survey will help researchers find better ways to assess how adults with epilepsy manage their condition. If you complete and submit the survey, you will receive a $5.00 gift card to thank you for your time.
