If you are currently taking ezogabine:
- Talk to your prescribing health care provider about plans to change medications.
- Do NOT stop the medication on your own; this could result in more seizures.
- Any medicine changes should be made in a planned, gradual, and safe way.
- The medications will be available until June 2017.
- Continue to work closely with your health care team to check how you are doing as long as you are on the drug.
