Foundation Quarterly Fall 2022 

The leaves are turning colors and there’s a chill in the air, which means fall is in full swing! With the change of the season also comes the latest edition of the Foundation Quarterly which is now available to read on our website.

What to Expect in This Issue

In honor of National Epilepsy Awareness Month (NEAM), this edition is all about YOU! We recognize that the epilepsy community is our greatest asset. This issue highlights members of our community who are using their stories to help others with epilepsy overcome their personal challenges.  

Disney channel star Carla Jeffery is sharing her epilepsy journey for the very first time in this month’s cover story. You’ll also get to know more about a mother whose child had brain surgery at just 3-months-old. This led her to form a support organization for other parents of children who had brain surgery at a young age. 

This edition’s centerfold spotlights individuals throughout our network and how they plan to raise awareness for the epilepsy community by sharing their NEAM action.
