2024 Epilepsy Foundation Lifetime Accelerator Award Nomination Form
We are now welcoming nominations for the 2024 Lifetime Accelerator Award, to be presented at the upcoming Pipeline Conference, September 25-26, 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Lifetime Accelerator Award was established in 2012 to honor physicians, scientists, industry leaders, and others who have demonstrated a lifelong commitment to bringing new therapies to people living with epilepsy. Recipients are chosen by an independent committee of global thought leaders and clinical investigators in epilepsy and seizure therapy discovery and development.
Criteria for nomination:
- Nominees must demonstrate a lifelong commitment to bringing new therapies to people living with epilepsy.
- Nominees cannot have been previous award recipients.
- The person nominating must complete ALL sections of the form below.
