Greg interviews Orrin Devinsky, MD, director of the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center at NYU, and former editor of epilepsy.com. Dr. Devinsky also serves on the Advisory Committee of the Epilepsy Foundation’s SUDEP Institute. In this episode, we dive into tough but important conversations about Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP), what is happening in research to help avoid SUDEP, and what can you do today to help prevent it. Also, Greg sits down with his friend and fellow father of a boy with epilepsy, Jonathan Shapiro, and his son, Zeke.

Miles is the writer and director of "Under the Lights," a short film about a young man with severe epilepsy who goes to his prom and meets an unexpected new friend.
