Yes: A school nurse employed by or under contract with a school district or charter school that has received a seizure management and treatment plan shall complete an online course for school nurses regarding managing students with seizure disorders |

Yes: No later than 8 weeks after the school is notified of a student who has been diagnosed with a seizure disorder or the receipt of an individualized seizure action plan signed by the student's parent or legal guardian, each public school shall, and each nonpublic school is encouraged to, have at least one designated employee who has met the training requirements necessary to administer or assist with the administration of seizure treatment medications, seizure rescue medications, and manual vagus nerve stimulation |
