Are you looking for information about seizure dogs?

The Epilepsy Foundation would like to know what people are looking for about seizure dogs and canine assistance. The information will help us develop new content to better meet your needs.

For the purposes of this survey:

• Canine assistance refers to help people may get from a trained dog. Seizure alert or seizure response dogs are types of canine assistance.
• Seizure alert dog refers to a dog that can warn you or others that a seizure may occur.
• Seizure response dog refers to a dog that can respond in some way to help the owner during a seizure (i.e., stay and protect, get help).
• Seizures in dogs or seizures in canines can also refer to seizures that happen in dogs.
