Lights, Camera, Action: Talk About It at the National Walk for Epilepsy
Epilepsy News From: Wednesday, April 06, 2016
- Have you ever walked a red carpet?
- Do paparazzi clammer to snap a photo of your smile?
- Ever had a reporter ask you, “Who are you wearing?”
Now’s your chance for a celebrity VIP adventure!
Visit the “Talk About It! Experience” at the 10th Annual National Walk for Epilepsy
April 16th, Washington Monument Grounds, Washington, D.C.
Follow the red carpet past photographers who will ask about your team. If you have a special team t-shirt or purple attire, show off your original design. Once you enter the tent, star in your own Talk About It! video by answering one of these questions:
- Family: How does epilepsy affect your family?
- Dreams: What is your dream for your future?
- Dare: How do you dare to defy seizures?
- Manage: What’s your best tip for seizure management?
- Talk: How do you start a conversation about epilepsy?
- Why: Why should people talk about it?
After the #EpilepsyWalk and a little time for post production (that’s Hollywood talk for a little clean-up editing), all of the videos will be available on TalkAboutIt.org. Watch for an annoucement here on epilepsy.com when they are available. And while we’re at it - watch for an announcement about an all-new TalkAboutIt.org coming soon.
There’s still time to join us at the National Walk for Epilepsy.
Register now at www.walkforepilepsy.org.
The Talk About It! Experience is made possible through the generous support of Sunovion!
