Kaptain Keto! The Power of Children’s Books about the Ketogenic Diet

Over a decade ago, one of our star ketogenic diet patient’s families showed me a children’s book about the ketogenic diet experience. It was called “Grace’s Magic Diet” and has been very helpful for many of our ketogenic diet families in the years to come.

Just the other day, another family of a boy named Gabriel about to start the diet created a similar book for him. We have their permission to share this as well.

These books are a good way to teach young children about the ketogenic diet and how the admission process will go. Feel free to review and show your child!
