Epilepsy News From: Saturday, February 10, 2018

Epilepsy Pipeline Community Day 2018
The Epilepsy Pipeline Community Day is coming up soon – February 24, 2018, in San Francisco!
We will have two sessions focusing on journeys in epilepsy that will include the latest information about epilepsy care and new therapies. People living with epilepsy may be on different journeys, depending on their type of epilepsy, frequency of seizures, and life circumstances. These sessions will address what happens in circumstances such as:
- Treating first seizures
- Selecting seizure medicines and their impact on mood and general health
- What to do when medicines don’t work
- The role of surgery, devices, and dietary therapy
- What is known about medical cannabis
- Issues unique for women
- And more
Do you have questions you’d like the speakers to address?

Use the comment section below to ask the speakers your questions.
We will pass these along in advance as they prepare for this session, then ask the panelists your questions directly during the conference.
When asking a question below, please note that these presentations will not address individual medical concerns and cannot provide individual advice.
Thank you in advance for your help!
