Tongue Bitting

I had 3 seizures on Sunday and chewed my tongue really badly, I tried some Rescue Remedy spray on it this time a bit it would make it sting even worse like the other sprays I tried but the RR calmed me long enough, the pain does come back quite quickly though. 

Same thing here too, I'm sitting with my mouth shut so I don't rub any more of the sore, not that it makes a huge relief.
