Tongue Bitting
Fri, 10/06/2006 - 18:31During my last seizure I bite my tongue. It has been hurting now for a couple days now. Does anyone know a good treatment for a bitten tongue?

Nancy B What I did for mine is swish some tepid, lightly salted water gently in my mouth. Salt heals all wounds, not instantly, but definetly quicker.

Canker Cover by DenTek or Orajel. I use both and I gargle salt water & Peroxide after eating. If you haven't taken your medicine or ran out, sleep with a mouthpiece.
