side effects of tegratol

The side effects I had when being on tegretal for 20 some years, is being dizzy and stomach bothering me all the time.
But I did not drink at all

I've been on Tegretol for 13 years. The only sid effect has been severe weight gain.

Hi I am winnie, I would like to say that I am taking Tegretol cr and I have never had no side effects like that. I would get your doctor to reduced the medication don't do it on your own. Tell you doctor what is going and let him do the reducing of the meds. Another thing is that drinking is not a good thing to do while be on Tegretol at all. I am not preeching about it but drinking with Tegretol increases the meds. I would go see your doctor about the red like, like you have a sunburn, and the itchy feeling all of your body.
