Hi, yes, I have had right temporal lobe lobectomy. I had it last Sept. and my seizures have lessoned.  But, I went into the surgery knowing that my seizures are coming from both sides of my brain, so my chances of my seizures completely going away were very slim.  But, I went from about 15-25 a month to around 4-8 now.  Hopefully they will still lesson to nothing.  The surgery was very scary but well worth it.  I', not sure all you want to know, so just write back with any other questions.  Good luck.
