Weight and seizures

Mon, 05/08/2006 - 21:55
Can anyone tell me that if losing weight can help a person from having a lot of seizures? ...or is that just wishful thinking on my part???? :-) I'm slightly overweight and thought to do more exercises and start eating healthy again. When I'm stressed a lot I usually go for the food which is pretty bad to do so I'm going to try to kick the habit.....wish me luck!

Sorry for the late response. I just wanted to thank everybody for their reply. I appreciate all of your ideas and concern on this subject. I've been planning to contact my doctor today, but realized that it's Sunday. I'll do it tomorrow :-) Seizuregirl "Life is what you make of it"
