I had a very similar experience. I was brown water sailor and served aboard the USS Colleton apb 36 on the inland water ways (rivers) for 18 months. I was in my mid 20's when I left Vietnam. At the age of 58 I was finally diagnosed with epilepsy after having seizures for many years that couldn't be diagnosed. This came on gradually and got more severe with the passing of time. Before being finally diagnosed I might have up to 4 or 5 seizures in a short period of time. My epilepsy has been controlled by medication, but the only reason I can come up with as to why this happened is exposure to agent orange. I didn't have epilepsy before and I have had no head trauma. What can we do? And how can I help.
