My father died 2 yrs ago. He died from agent orange. He prove his illness was to agent orange and they even gave him backpay for it. Small win for him considering how bad his health was at 45. And having to live with the fact that he signed up for a war that ultimately gave is grand son lung cancer. My nephew was 9 months when he was diagnosed with lung cancer. He survived but now he is 14 and only has 70% hearing and 80% sight. When I was born, I left the hospital weighing 5 lbs 2 oz. My twin. Died before birth. No tests were conducted to why, they just concluded that it was a birthing issue as my mom had countless miscarriges. As a young child I would run extremely high tempertures. And as a young adult I would just "space out". At the age of 23 I was in a major accident where the drs discovered I had a very minor case of spina bifida. But I wasnt disabled but any means.
So I woked alot and went on about my life after he died. There were unexplained instances where I would wake up and not know what happened.....did I trip.....did I hit my head.....I had no clue.......no reason to go to the doctor I just fell thats all. Then in November of last year someone happened to be in the room when tht whatever happened....I have idiopathic grand mal seizures.....no cause has been found......medications arent really controlling it.....hard to hold a job with that, I cant even drive..........But go ahead and ask the VA if agent orange could cause a seizure......I have so much respect for our vets but none for our goverment......but I am not giving up on this anytime soon...and neither should you!!!
