I also live at a higher altitude, @4500 feet. It doesn't seem to effect it it too bad, but when i was a teenager, i went up to stay at a ski resort, and i had a seizure. My dr. said that was because of the altitude and that i might think about doing another sport.
who knows if it is true, or just an old wifes tale.
