Hi sol. Perception, it's all about perception. What one person likes, even thinks, another may not. Especially when we read something. Lo and behold, that's happened to me more than once. What can I say, the way of the world ( now I'm laughing) and the people in it? I should know, I do know. We all do including you... Just keep on keeping on sol, and painting those pictures. God knows, the world needs artists, be an arid place without them. Take care, and hang in there. Cat. "Many false prophets are gone out into the world." 1 John 4:1

Sophist I know you dont want to take meds, but just to give you a warning, seizures can change at anytime. If it is pregnancy, hormones, stress, anxiety.. they can change. SO please do be careful. As for the talk on "Deja vu and jamais vu " or "auras" or "simple partials". I had them all my life as a child as an adult, as an adult after surgery. They have occurred all different ways. As a child I had feelings in my right arm tingling. But always occured before a seizure. As an adult, I had hundreds of them, most likely with out a seizure happening. I got rid of most of them from taking omega three fatty acids, actually 234 of them a month to be exact. The few I have now, are feelings, or tingling and dont procede by a seizure. That happens only once every so many months if a seizure does occur after the aura. Many times people have a seizure and an aura, but dont remember the aura or it was too quick and you dont realize till later that the aura even happened. When it comes to epilepsy, we are all different, we are all different with side effects, seizures, auras(simple partials)... and how they occur. No matter what a web site says, doesnt prove anything to me. Sure it helps to understand better about epilepsy and how things do happen and what possible is happening when it comes to seizures. But when I told my doctor how my generalized seizures were happening she could not believe it. She wants me in the hospital as soon as possible, for she feels I am not on the right meds. I have said in the past to her, if it happens, it only happens to me. She always agrees. WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT! Take care Lisa http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/epilepsyapproach/
