I hate it. I am on 3,000 mg. a day. My mood swings are just terrible. It actually caused me to do physical harm to another. I am not a physical person at all. I like to go with the flow, but I just spazzed on someone. Anyway, I can't wait to get off of this med. I had to go to a doctor to prescribe some anti-anxiety and anti-depression medication to level me out. It helped out, but not as much as I would have hoped.

Your reply got me thinking. I was already taking Clobazam for quite a long time before I began taking the Keppra so I think there is a chance that this may in fact have led to the fact that I didn't suffer the same often violent mood swings that you and many others have mentioned. So more by luck than anything it's possible that I addressed the problem before it even occurred by already being on a drug from the benzo family.

Hi there Andy My name is Brian and I used to be drugged up to 20.5 pills a day but I started to take the Clobazam and I dropped down to 1.5 pills a day and still continued to siezure about half as much as I used to so my Dr. put me on Keppra and at first it took a while to get adjusted to. then my siezures started to cut down but I started to have my siezures in my sleep instead of during the day now that I have adjusted to the meds learnt how to deal with my problems. I no longer get as much anxiety and now have been siezure free for 5 months and 4 days but still have problems such as loss of energy and strengh.
