B vitamins are good for everyone. I have heard about the magnesium and also potassium supplements for helping with seizure control. .......p.s. not trying to "attack" anyone but what the hell was up with that one post??

The reply to the person who first posted, looking for help. I thought the reply was pretty extreme. This is meant to be a friendly and helpful board. As for the " not trying to attack anyone " comment, thats something that the moderators don't allow....i thought that first reply was kind of an attack on the person who asked for advice. Just my opinion.
