Smoking ..

Me again .. I was just wondering if anyone has seen a increase of activity or severity when they stopped smoking (ciggis) or similar. Ta! :o)

I quit smoking twice and neither time did it effect the number of seizures. I would think the long term effect would be the oppisite of causing more seizures.

Actually I tried to quit smoking several times and didn't managed, I always coughed and it was unbearable, I am quit addicted to tobacco. I finally relaized that I can't do it myself, isn't there a drug rehab facility to help me quit for good?

Smoking is something terrible. It kills. Just do something. Make a commitment. Make up your mind and learn how to quit smoking. Only then you are going to learn what freedom means after all.
