Smoking ..

Me again .. I was just wondering if anyone has seen a increase of activity or severity when they stopped smoking (ciggis) or similar. Ta! :o)

I think I'm going to try a smoking cessation program before I just try quitting cold-turkey. At this point in my life, I'll have more access to it than I ever will.

think of it this way , smoking robs your brain of oxygen, plus you have seizures on top of that. yes i am a x smoker. smoked as a teenager, stoped at 18 started at 25 after first t/c, cuz of depression of seizures. had e since 6, but not t/c. stopped 6 yrs later. and ya some time s i think, cant drive , cant drink, cant smoke, cant eat fatten foods, heck what can one do. enjoy family, freinds, and vacations!!!!!!!! banffgirl
