Excess facial hair growth
Thu, 02/15/2007 - 22:55I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this as a side effect of the seizure meds they take . . . if so how do you deal with it? I've been using various methods . . . tweezing, cream facial hair removers, etc - at one time I was having electrolysis done, but that's very expensive and VERY painful!! Any other suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

YUP, been getting that. I usually wax it, the hairs seem to grow back fast for me. Waxing is the best bet I guess....tweezing is really annoying.

I'm on lamictal which at first caused break-outs and now the facial hair. I wax it, it's cheap for now at least...

Having seizures stop Doctors from giving you later treatment to remove hair on face?
