I'm 20 yrs old I've had seizures for over 7 yrs, I was homeschooled all throughout highschool so I never got to expierence it. which is kind of a bummer. I have plenty of friends but all of my friends are just weird when it comes to my epilepsy. What really sucks is being 20 years old and not being able to drive I feel like I'm baby. I just wish a had a friend that was goin through what i'm goin through.

Hi Daniel,
That is great! I am on Depakote and Keppra and they have stablized my seizures because the last time I had one was three years ago. I just want to ask you a question do you have caffine free soda? I also occasionally get migraine headaches from stress. Ibuprophin and Extra Strength Tylenol work for that.

Hi, I did get my license but the truth is I'm always worrying of what could happen if I had a seizure while I was driving. It's always on my mind.

Hello my name is Daniel i am 31 years of age and have had epilepsy since i was four or shouls i say diagnosed ive been on dilantin sence i was 12 at age 29 i had built up a tollerance to the medicine and nothing seemed to work so i quit my medicine then averaged about 25-30 seizures a month and and found the drug keppra i havent had a seizure in over a year and a half and with proper diet plenty a water a gallon a day and the big one NO CAFFINE ive been able to get them under control maybe this will work for you at no time or any way am i suggesting you should quit dilantin with out consulting your doctor im just telling you what has worked for me if your struggling with the costs of your medicine you can go to FREEMEDICINEPROGRAM.COM i now can actually aford to live as they pick up the tab for the cost of my medicine takes about 3-4 weeks to get approved but well worth it let me know if this has helped sincerly Daniel Zerber dozber2@yahoo.com
