The question is not whether smoking will cause seizures, the question is whether the reaction between your medications and smoking will cause seizures. my doc said that alcohol and smoking can lead to serious fatal consequences when taking certain seizure medications. the reaction between the two is VERY DANGEROUS. please talk to your doctor before smoking and ask if it is okay. I know it sounds like a very stupid question to ask, but its better finding out while your alive than find it out the hard way. best of wishes.

hi there's no proof that smoking can trigger a seizure but everyone's different and can be affected by different things so it's a possibility but you probably won't know til you try... it's your call. good luck.
