I'm mad and I need to vent!!!!!!!

I am sooooooo frustrated. In the past 7 months, I've changed meds. Now on keppra and lamictal. Neuro tried to take me off of lamictal in april, cuz he wanted me on 1 med. Was szing every day for 2 weeks in May. Put me back on lamictal. Had my license taken away in June, a day before my b-day. Neuro put me on depo shot, in Feb., we figured out that my sz are hormone triggered. Have a a continuous period since then. My husband resigned from his job, in July, we have had no insurance for the past month, therefore meds aren't covered. My aunt was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and they've given her about 2 months to live, she's not keeping food down and therefore is declining fast. I'm sooo stressed out, which isn't good if you have E. And I don't think I can take it anymore.Please don't tell me to be tough and that it could be worse. (no offense to anyone!) I just need to vent and release some stress. :) Plus, wanted to ask anyone, if they knew of someplace on the web where I could get keppra at a reduced price. It's so stinkin expensive!!If not, that's ok. Thanks for letting me have my little pity party. I need to do that every once in awhile. Ladybug

Ladybug is my daughter's nickname. :) So we share it a little. She got that nickname, because the first time my husband got to hold her after she was born he said " oh, my sweet little ladybug!" After that, it stuck! Now she's just a cute ornery "little ladybug". Thanks for letting me vent, seems like it's harder to do with family. Also, on the plus side, after paying for one month of my meds, my husband decided I at least needed to be put on cobra insurance. Which means, I get the same benefits that we had with our previous insurance and therefore my meds are covered except for the copay. Woohoo!!!!! Ladybug

Vent all you want! I whined all day yesterday. 1-800-341-6607 is a drug assistance program I got my mom info on since she has no insurance. They say things happen in threes. I really do feel for you. Hopefully, nothing more will happen and you can start solving the issues one by one. Our healthcare system stinks!!!! I do like your Ladybug name because Lady is my given name and a lot of people call me Ladybug. Just a light note to drop in during an otherwise sour experience.
