My Solution To IE and Chat Room

Mon, 12/12/2005 - 05:56
I messed with my settings and updates on my computer regarding IE and the chat room until I had only one hair on my head left that I hadn't pulled out. They don't like each other at all. And I don't like them anymore either when used in the same sentence together. But I had to find ONE place to read and chat instead of having to go to google to chat and IE to read.(Don't ask...I have no clue why.) So I downloaded Mozilla Firefox. And guess what? Not only can I read and chat...it loads faster than IE and my ISP. And for any people who cut their teeth on IE like I did and use it mainly out of habit...you can still use both. Firefox opens in its own window. Smiles all around! -Spiz

It has been brought to my attention that I need to apologize for posting that I miss the moving Icons. It appears by posting this comment I hurt some feelings. This was not my intentions. If it helps you to know...I also miss... wearing size 3 jeans, looking at twinkling christmas lights, working, not having to poke my finger 3x a day, not having seizures, not having to weigh my self 2x a day, not having to explain to the nurse on the other end of the phone why I lost another 2 pounds today (keep that up and I will be back in those jeans), driving, and my son...and not necessarily in that order! So...I apologize...I did not mean to make anyone feel bad with my comment about the Icons. Dayna

Perhaps I have misunderstood you, Gretchen...but did you just state that I would rather others seize over giving up a 'beating' heart? I believe I also stated that I understood. I totally resent the implication! -Spiz
