I'm a Neurodiagnostic tech and a sleep tech and Ironically enough, I've been having a lot of symptoms that point me in this direction. Left temporal portion of my head twitches, my eyes flutter synchronously with the twitching, difficulty expressing words, and my involuntary twitching causes me to subtly  tilt up my chin for a brief second... Anyone had any of those symptoms?

I have grand mal seizures and am doing well on the drug zonegran. But still although while I'm doing normal things like cleaning or shopping or even visiting my therapist, people will say my speech is slurred. Also I'm deaf from the meningitis that put me in this condition in the first place. I try very hard to speak clearly and concisely only to be to "why are you talking like that? or Why are you talking so slow. I feel like I can't win with these people. So frustrated. Haven't had a seizure in 8 months.
