So confused and dont know what to do!!!!

For the past 8 months, (I am 18 years old), I have been having these shaking attacks. You know, it's so hard to explain though. I begin to get very dizzy and I getthis weird.. almost vibrating sound in my head.. so I have to sit down VERY quickly.. and my arms and legs begin to shake rapidly, everything seems to go black and the whole time i get this weird.. buzzing noise in my head. I FINALLY decided to go to the doctors for it. He sent me for a MRI, Echo Test and also a EEG. I get my EEG results back today and I have the strongest feeling that they are going to come back normal, since my MRI and Echo test did. I am very angry. I want to know w hat the problem is, but I am not getting answers. Whats a family doctor know anyway? They dont specialize in the brain! I know you're thinking, why dont you go see a neurologist for further more in depth testing? I want to, but my doctor had said when i first asked him about it, "I dont know if we want to do that just yet." But in my heart, I truly feel that ther eis something wrong with me. Am i crazy or are they signs of some kind of seizure activity. I got my blood sugar checked. Just in case, maybe thats why it was happening.. but that came back normal. Everything is coming back normal, but why dont I feel normal sometimes? You know? I need your advice. I know you cannot diagnose me. But I dont want to waste my time if it doesnt seem like a seizure problem. The only answers I keep getting is NORMAL NORMAL NORMAL. I think its bull. Because people don't normally start shaking like that for no apparent reason. It doesnt happen to often. But over the past 8 months I would say it happened maybe 15 times. Lately, I have been getting VERY dizzy and do feel it coming on.. but i usually just lie in bed until the feeling goes away. It's just not a way to live life. Being afraid of when and where its going to happen.

Has anyone ever had tests put off because the first eeg came back normal? This happened to me: after a couple of weird episodes involving loss of consciousness/confusion/loss of memory I went to my general doctor, who right away scheduled a CT scan, blood tests, and a sleep-deprived EEG. They all came back normal. Now the doctors say not to bother them, that they'll get to me eventually for an in-hospital test, and say to go to the ER if I have an episode. When I have an episode, though, I call the ER and they tell me not to come in, to just call my doctor. What can I do (besides wait)?
