how to help my adult child find a job to feel normal in society

Does anyone have a great resource for helping me to help my son find a job in the community. He has been epileptic since age 9 and on meds since then, which slow him down and make him seem altered at times. He has a hard time in society and feels like he doesnt fit it. I want him to realize that he can work and be a help to the community and would like some resources if you have some. We are currently working with DOR w/o success at this point as career services were not able to find him a position thus far. Any help would be much appreciated.
