Could this be a seizure?

My son is 18 months old, and has been doing this a few times a day for a couple of months. It never lasts more than a second, and this is a very typical episode - they are all pretty much just like this. It's beginning to scare me (a lot.) My son is advanced in his motor skills, but has a speech delay. Obviously, I have made a pediatrician appointment, but I want to mentally prepare myself. Thank you.
