Can lots of meds affect immune system?

Tue, 03/14/2017 - 18:11
My 16 year old daughter is on Keppra, Zonegran and lamotrigine. She just started the Lamotrigine two weeks ago. In the past two months her Keppra was increased as well. Also in the past two months she has been sick more than she's been healthy. At least three separate instances of a throwing up virus and also had a flu type bug with a high fever. In addition she's always nodding off. It's heartbreaking to see. She's just not herself. Any connection with low immunity and these meds?

I think it is possible that their threshold could be lowered and  be more prone to illness. I  thought that with my son when he was having seizures as well.
