Welcome to the group, Lisa. I am also new - just joined last week. I hope you find this site as helpful as I have so far. Maybe we can talk some time. I'm glad you are under control with medication. I always find it helpful to have a pill carrier that I fill at the beginning of each week. Then, all I have to do is check for each day to be certain if I have taken my meds or not.

Hello Lisa and welcome to the forums, You will find that there are many friendly people on here and that there is much support & information to be found. We also have the chat room and there is usally a fairly good sized group in there chatting and they are very friendly, so don't hesitate to stop on in and check it out. If ya do, just jump in on the conversation that is going on. Another thing you can do if there are no small kids in your home is this. I will take my morning medications and then put my evening pills in a dixie cup for the evening so when I brush my teeth and then put my morning pills in the cup for the next morning. That has been really helpfull for me. Again Welcome.

Hi Lisa! I am a 20 year old female...and I know what you mean, I have problems remembering to take my night pills. I always try to put them somewhere I know I will see right after dinner so that I remember...maybe that will help!
