Hi there, My Name is Lisa i am a 21 year old female.. I am new to this website and would like to be your friends. i have epiepsy it's undercontrol now i take tablets night and morning. it's so hard to remember taken my tablets. well i hope to talk soon.by for now...

Hi Lisa, It's nice to meet you, and welcome to the website. It's great to hear that your epilepsy is under control. I have found that if I put my pillbox next to something that I do 1st thing in the a.m. and last thing at p.m., it is much easier to remember to take them. Example - put them in your bathroom, next to the toothbrush, so when you brush your teeth morning and night, taking the pills becomes part of the routine.
