Having Problems With My Epilepsy Diary

I have been having problems getting into my diary. This has been happening for almost a week. I get to the first page and click to get to the page that I put my name and password into and I get an alert. I first thought it might have been the computer I was on since it was newer. I went back to this computer and it happens on this computer too.
What do I need to do to get passed the sign in page?

it is a big problem, you can get acces to the app. and register your attacts, but the data disappeare after a few weeks. do we have go go to another solution ?
