I just thought of something that may solve the problem alot faster. Do you have Internet Explorer 6.0? If you don't...download it. If you have Internet Explorer, but not the 6.0, then update it. It may solve the problem. In the meantime, I'm going to check on the microsoft site and see what they might have. It is http:www.microsoft.com -Spiz
