Hugs! I know you have to be frustrated...we are too! We want you in there chatting with us! I couldn't find anything on the microsoft site concerning this...so I'll call the comp tech that works on my computers when there's a problem. Between everyone..surely you'll get on! You are such a trooper for being so patient!
