EEG XL spikes and events, Are these seizures?

I just had an EEG to r/o seizures. I looked at the cd and throughout the entire 72hr eeg there were XL spikes and XL events. The report states normal eeg. It doesn't look like a normal eeg when compared to abnormal eeg's online. I'm struggling everyday with episodes of confusion, headaches, tingling and fatigue. I'm trying to get help from DR's but have been told to come back in 3 months. Does this sound like it could be seizures? My daughter has had seizures, which are under controll with meds. Thank you for your help.

Did you get th doctor or tech to explain the EEG to you before or after. Dont stress over it. Ask your doctor to look over it next time with you
