EEG Strobe Lights and Facial Spasms

Sun, 08/10/2014 - 16:53
I was wondering if anyone experienced facial spasms (eyes flickering, nose and face twitching) and tics during and after EEG Strobe light testing? They were uncontrollable during testing; even several days after testing, I'm feeling a bit "off". I have problems with the sun flickering between the trees. Feels like my eyes want to roll back and I become drowsy. Feels like I'm going to pass out. Is this seizure related?

You may have epilepsy or at

You may have epilepsy or at least be light sensitive. If it showed up in the EEG then check with the neurologist. There are some people where id they walk into a room with a disco ball they go into a seizure. Others can't play video games because of the lights used or sudden changes in the light. They could have seizures. Then there are other people who can't even use a computer. All because they are light sensative which cause seizures in some people. Oh and the sun flickering between leaves causes seizures in some people. They have been working on glasses for these people.
