I would see a doctor and have an MRI and EEG. That may not clear things up but might get you started in the right direction. The gym would not be good place for a t-c. Too much equipment to bang into. The stress of your workout might have been a factor after the slept deprivation.

I'm seeing a doctor!! I hurt my leg a bit! I hurt my leg a bit! I'm a singl;e dad od diabetic daughter and the disruption totaly sucks! It was a difficult previous four months with "girl trouble" and 4-5 hours sleep per night! Just before the workout I received two pieces of bad news! The good thing is that the alledged seizure brought me and "my woman" closer!!! What happens if all the teats are "negative"???? the CT scan was "negative"!!!
